1. When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
2. How long does delivery take?
We offer free standard shipping, and orders typically arrive within 5–8 business days.
3. How do I track my order?
Simply email us at griptones@gmail.com with your name, order number, and email used at checkout. We’ll respond within 24 hours with your tracking update.
4. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is free, and we do not charge restocking fees. For more details, refer to our Return and Refund Policy.
5. Are there any items that are final sale or non-returnable?
No. We do not sell final sale items — all products are eligible for return unless otherwise noted.
6. Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, contact us immediately at griptones@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to update or cancel your order.
7. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact us with photos of the item and packaging, and we will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or full refund.
8. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within Australia.
