Track Your Order

To track the status of your order, simply email us at griptones@gmail.com with the subject line: “Order Tracking Request”, and include the following details:

• Your full name

• Your order number

• The email address used during checkout

Once we receive your request, our team will manually check your order status and provide you with an update within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).

If your order has already been shipped, we’ll also share your tracking number and estimated delivery date.
